"Decent workouts, but not quite what I expected"
I’ve been using the on-demand workouts for a few weeks now, and there are definitely some good classes in there. I like having the variety, and they’re easy to follow when I’m short on time. That said, I do feel a little misled because I expected the app experience and class selection to feel more polished than it does. Some of the videos start to feel repetitive after a while, and the app itself could be smoother. Overall, it’s useful, but not exactly as great as I thought it would be.

"Refund took way too long"
I did enjoy some of the workouts, but dealing with the refund was a headache. I had to email support and then follow up more than once before anyone gave me a straight answer. What made it more annoying was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I’d agreed to, so I felt like I was chasing clarification the whole time. I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than I expected. Not a total disaster, just really frustrating.
"I think the instructors are what make..."
I think the instructors are what make Pvolve work so well for me. They explain each move in a way my brain actually follows, without rushing through everything, so even when I try a class I’ve never done before, I don’t feel like I’m scrambling to keep up.
I also really appreciate the small form cues they add while you’re moving. To me, it feels less like a generic workout video and more like someone is actually helping you get it right. It makes the whole thing feel more approachable, personal, and easy to come back to.

"Still a few annoyances, but I’m keeping it"
I wasn’t sure this subscription would be worth it at first, and I’m usually quick to notice when something feels like a waste of money. There are definitely some classes I don’t love, and it can take a bit of scrolling to find one that fits my mood. But overall, I’ve been using it a few times a week, which is more than I expected. It’s cheaper than going to a studio, and being able to do it at home makes it a lot harder for me to make excuses. Not perfect, but worth keeping for now.

"Solid workouts, but I felt a little lost at the start"
I really like the idea behind the program, and some of the workouts reminded me of when I first got back into exercising and felt motivated again. But at the beginning, I felt kind of overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start. There are so many classes and plans that I kept wondering if I was picking the right thing or missing a better option. The workouts themselves are good, I just wish the setup was a bit more clear and guided...

"Frustrated by the Lack of Real Weight Loss Support"
I signed up hoping it would actually help me with weight loss, but it felt underwhelming. The workouts are fine and I liked that they were low impact, but once my progress stalled, I was kind of on my own. When I reached out for help, support mostly gave me generic replies, links, or said certain things were just “policy,” which was frustrating because it felt like an excuse instead of real guidance. It’s not a terrible program, but it definitely wasn’t enough support for what I needed

"Pretty Good Overall, Tho Some Classes Aren’t My Thing"
I’ve been doing P.volve for a little while now, and overall I’d say the classes are solid. The instructors explain things in a way that’s easy to follow, and the workouts feel different from the usual stuff I’ve tried. A few classes are a little too slow for Me, and some can feel kinda repetitive, but most of them are definitely worth doing. I do like that there are options depending on my mood, energy level, or what kind of day I’m having.

"The pricing left me feeling misled"
I signed up thinking I understood the price, but later I started noticing extra charges and add-on options that I hadn’t expected. Maybe it was written somewhere and I just missed it, but it felt frustrating because I thought I knew what I was paying for. It made the whole experience feel a bit unclear and annoying.

"Pretty solid classes, though a bit much at times"
I’ve been going to the studio classes and overall it’s been a good experience. The place is nice and the trainers are genuinely helpful, which I really appreciate. Sometimes it gets a little crowded though, and that can be kind of annoying, but it’s not a huge deal. I still like going, so yeah, mostly happy with it.

"Solid gear, maybe a little overpriced"
I’ve been using this equipment for a bit and it seems decent. It feels sturdy and does what I need it to do. That said, I can’t really say for sure how it compares to everything else out there, but my gut feeling is that it’s a little pricey for what you’re getting. I like it overall, I’m just not totally convinced it’s the best value.

"Not enough workout variety for me"
i mean, the classes were fine at first, but after a few weeks they started to feel repetitive. I was hoping for a bit more variety in the workouts.

"Live class kept freezing compared to others I’ve used"
I was disappointed with the live class because it kept freezing on me. I’ve used other online classes before that ran much smoother, so this felt frustrating in comparison. For what I paid, I don’t think it was worth it.

"Hips feel a bit looser now"
I’ve noticed my hips don’t feel as stiff as they used to, which is definitely a plus. My mobility has improved some, though the workouts feel a little slow at times. I do wish the instructions were clearer in a few spots so I knew exactly what to focus on.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
To be fair, I can see what the app is trying to do, but using it has been frustrating. It feels clunky, and I keep running into bugs that make the whole experience harder than it needs to be.

"Gentle-ish, but my joints still had opinions"
I gave Pvolve a try because I was looking for something that wouldn’t make my knees feel like they’d personally been wronged, and to be fair, a lot of the classes are slower and more controlled. I actually liked that part, since not every workout needs to be a dramatic punishment session.
That said, some of the moves still irritated my knees and wrists, especially anything with bands or a lot of floor work. The instructors do talk about form, which is nice, but I wouldn’t have hated a few more obvious modifications instead of just assuming our joints are all quietly cooperating.
Overall, it’s definitely more joint-friendly than a lot of other workouts I’ve tried, so credit where it’s due. It’s just not magically perfect, despite the vibe. I’ll probably keep using it here and there, but it’s not becoming my everyday thing.

"Helpful support, but a little slow"
I had to reach out to support about an issue with my account. To be fair, they did get back to me fairly quickly, just not exactly as fast as I would’ve liked. The reply was helpful though, and they managed to sort it out without making me go back and forth a bunch of times, which I appreciated

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I only had one pause while streaming, which is more than I can say for some supposedly better services. Overall, it plays fine for me and gets the job done.

"A little too gentle for what I needed"
I gave P.volve a try for a few weeks because I liked the idea of something low impact that wouldn’t be too hard on my body. I’m careful about not overdoing it or risking injury, so that part appealed to me. But most of the classes felt a bit too light for what I was hoping for. I didn’t really finish feeling like I’d gotten much of a workout, and a few of the moves were confusing enough that I wasn’t sure I was doing them right. I can see it being a good fit if you want something really gentle, but I was looking for a little more sweat and effort
